IT Services

We build software that businesses actually use day to day - internal applications, customer-facing systems, integrations between tools that were never designed to talk to each other, and the maintenance that keeps all of it working after launch.

What this covers

Capabilities

  • Custom software development

Applications built around how your business already works, rather than forcing the business to fit a product.

  • Web development

Corporate sites, web applications and portals, built to be fast, accessible and straightforward to update.

  • Application development

Business applications for internal teams, field staff and customers, on web and mobile.

  • System integration

Connecting existing systems and third-party services so data moves without manual re-entry.

  • Business process automation

Replacing repetitive manual steps - approvals, reporting, data handling - with reliable automated flows.

  • Maintenance and support

Ongoing fixes, updates and improvements once a system is live, under an agreed response model.

Benefits

What you get out of it

  • Work scoped against your actual requirement, not a fixed package
  • Systems designed to be extended later rather than rebuilt
  • A clear point of contact through the whole engagement
  • Support arrangements that continue after handover

Our approach

How an engagement runs

  1. Understand

We go through the current process, the systems already in place and what is actually causing friction.

  2. Plan

Scope, approach, technology choices and timeline, agreed in writing before development starts.

  3. Develop

Built in reviewable stages so you see working software early and can correct course.

  4. Deploy

Release, data migration where needed, and handover with documentation and user walkthroughs.

  5. Support

Ongoing maintenance, fixes and enhancements under an agreed support arrangement.

Common questions

Do you work with existing systems, or only build from scratch?

Both. A lot of our work involves extending, integrating or stabilising software a business already depends on. We will tell you honestly when a rebuild is the better option and when it is not.

How are projects scoped and priced?

After the requirement discussion we provide a written scope with an approach and timeline. Engagements run either as a defined project or as an ongoing arrangement, depending on how clearly the requirement can be fixed up front.

What happens after the system goes live?

Handover includes documentation and user walkthroughs. Continuing maintenance and support is agreed separately so you are only paying for the level of cover you need.
